Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding! Jim's qualifications, level of knowledge and practical expertise in the automotive Coatings industry is second to none. He achieved and amazing outcome for my wife and I, in what seemed to be an un winnable case.

There is no doubt that Jim's forensic paint report was the main factor in determining a positive outcome. The detail contained within the forensic report is irrefutable by any other opinion based 3rd party report. Thank you Jim.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jim reached out when I told him about the paint issues with my brand new Geely. He took time out on a Saturday morning to provide sound advice and knowledge, and even drafted an email for me to send to the dealer in a way that wouldn't prejudice my rights prior to NCAT.

His knowledge in this space, and willingness to help, is second to none.
